GC HQ Memberships
Please read the following membership terms carefully before continuing. By completing and submitting the form below, you confirm that you understand and agree to the Master Of Puppies Gold Coast HQ Doggy Daycare Membership Terms.
Memberships are designed for clients who require consistent weekly daycare and secure their dog’s permanent days each week.
Membership Terms
• Memberships reserve permanent daycare days each week at Master Of Puppies Gold Coast HQ
• The number of daycare days selected in the form must match the chosen membership plan
• Your selected days are reserved exclusively for your dog each week
• Memberships are billed automatically via Stripe
• A minimum of 14 days notice is required to cancel or change a membership
• Missed days are not refundable or transferable
• If you need to change your dog’s scheduled daycare day, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. Any change must occur within the same week, is subject to availability, and cannot be carried forward to another week
• Dogs must maintain suitable behaviour standards to remain eligible for daycare
• All dogs must hold a current C5 vaccination completed within the last 12 months
