Master Of Puppies – Board & Train Terms & Conditions
Program Overview
The Board & Train Program offers intensive, one-on-one dog training combined with trainer-supervised boarding at our secure 5-acre farm in Gleneagle. Dogs receive daily structured training sessions, socialisation, environmental exposure, play, and rest under the care of our experienced training team.Training Outcomes & Owner Responsibility
Our goal is to achieve meaningful behavioural progress during your dog’s stay. However, lasting results depend on your consistency at home.
• Training success relies on continued practice and reinforcement after the stay
• You will be provided with a handover session and follow-up to support the transition
• It is your responsibility to carry on training consistently using the tools and structure provided
• Without reinforcement, dogs may revert to old behaviours — we accept no liability for regression due to lack of follow-through at homeAssessment & Eligibility
Dogs do not need to pass a Doggy Daycare Deployments (DDD) assessment to enrol in Board & Train.
However, dogs displaying serious aggression, uncontrollable anxiety, excessive barking, or behaviours that pose a safety risk to themselves or others may be refused entry or managed with restrictions (e.g. no group socialisation). Suitability is determined at our discretion.Vaccination & Health Requirements
Dogs must be up to date with C3 + C5 vaccinations (administered within the past 3 years) or provide a valid Titer test (tested within the past 12 months).
Dogs must not be ill or in season. Owners must disclose any behavioural concerns, medical conditions, or medications prior to boarding. Medications must be clearly labelled with dosage instructions.Drop-Off & Pick-Up Times (HQ Only)
