TERMS & CONDITIONS
Service Overview
Doggy Daycare Deployments (DDD) is a premium, trainer-run farm daycare service offering structured, supervised, and enriching day programs for approved dogs. All dogs must pass a behavioural assessment before attending. To join our Doggy Daycare Deployments program, apply online through our assessment form. Acceptance of Terms
By booking any DDD visit or purchasing any DDD package, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
Operating Days and Hours
DDD operates Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, excluding planned closures.
We may operate on public holidays at our discretion.
We close for a minimum three-week break over Christmas and New Year. Closure dates are communicated in advance.

Assessment and Eligibility
All new dogs must undergo a compulsory first-day assessment at HQ.
Dogs must demonstrate appropriate social behaviour, be manageable in a group, and respond to handlers.
Dogs displaying aggression, anxiety, excessive barking, humping, predatory behaviour, or reactivity may be denied ongoing access.
Passing an assessment does not guarantee ongoing acceptance.
Master Of Puppies reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or permanently remove any dog at any time for behavioural, health, or safety reasons.
Dogs do not need to be desexed to attend DDD.
If your dog fails an assessment, credit may be applied to a training service at our discretion.
Bookings and Packages
All bookings must be made in advance. No walk-ins.
Weekly visitors using the Doggy Bus and weekly local visitors may access package options as advertised.
Casual visits are charged at published rates.
The first-day assessment fee includes full-day attendance, training notes, and eligibility review.
Weekly visitors receive priority scheduling.
Package Conditions
Packages are valid for the named dog only and are not transferable
Packages are non-refundable once purchased
Visits must be used within the stated validity period shown at the time of purchase
Unused visits expire and are forfeited after expiry
Packages cannot be paused, extended, transferred, or credited for holidays, illness, or change of circumstances
Same-day cancellations and no-shows result in forfeiture of the visit
Second dog packages are offered at a discounted rate and are only valid for dogs from the same household and registered under the same owner
Multiple-dog packages cannot be split between different families, owners, or households
Payments and Cancellations
All visits and packages must be prepaid.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the visit.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows result in forfeiture of the visit.
Weather, staff availability, road conditions, or safety concerns may result in cancellation without compensation.
Packages are not refundable once purchased.
Drop-Off and Pick-Up Policy
Clients must be present at the agreed Doggy Bus location on time. We cannot wait.
If you miss your drop-off or pick-up, you may be required to collect your dog from HQ.
Dogs must have toileted before boarding the Doggy Bus.
Dogs not collected by 5:30pm at HQ or 6:20pm at the final bus stop may incur late fees or overnight boarding at the owner’s expense.
Dogs must arrive wearing a secure collar.
Tracking devices such as Airtags must not be attached to collars due to choking risk.
Health and Safety Requirements
All dogs must be up to date with C3 and C5 vaccinations administered within the last 3 years, or have a valid titer test within the last 12 months.
Dogs must wear a fitted collar with a name tag and owner contact details.
Dogs in season or with contagious conditions will be refused entry.
Owners must disclose all injuries, medical conditions, medications, allergies, and behavioural concerns before attending.
Master Of Puppies reserves the right to refuse entry to any dog deemed unfit on arrival.
All medication instructions must be emailed prior to attendance.
Feeding Policy
Dogs are not fed during DDD for safety reasons.
Exercise combined with food increases the risk of bloat.
If your dog normally eats breakfast, a light meal must be given early with sufficient digestion time before drop-off.
No food is to be packed unless specifically directed by Master Of Puppies.
Behaviour and Management
Dogs must arrive manageable and under control.
If a dog is not manageable on arrival, it may be refused for the day.
Any dog that becomes unsuitable for group care may be suspended or permanently removed from DDD.
Dogs may be placed on a long line or temporarily crated for safety or structure as required.
Training tools including slip leads, e-collars, and long lines may be used where deemed necessary by trainers.
Transport Safety
Dogs are transported in secured individual crates unless they do not fit or require alternate restraint.
Dogs must be able to travel calmly.
Excessive barking, panic, or distress may result in removal from transport and alternative arrangements will be required.
Use of the Doggy Bus is entirely at the owner’s risk.
Master Of Puppies is not liable for injury or death during transport unless caused by proven gross negligence.
Emergencies and Veterinary Care
In the event of illness or injury, owners will be contacted immediately.
If urgent care is required and owners are unreachable, Master Of Puppies reserves the right to seek veterinary treatment at the owner’s expense.

Alternative emergency care may be used when required.
Risk and Liability
Participation in group daycare and transport involves inherent risks including injury, illness, behavioural incidents, escape, or death.
Master Of Puppies is not responsible for illness, injury, loss, or death unless directly caused by proven negligence.
Owners accept full risk associated with participation in DDD.
In the event the Doggy Bus is involved in an incident and a dog is injured or dies, the owner agrees not to hold Master Of Puppies Pty Ltd liable except in cases of proven gross negligence.
Weather Contingencies
DDD operates in most weather conditions.
In the event of severe weather or unsafe farm conditions, sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled.
Clients will be notified as early as possible.
Behavioural Intervention Disclaimer
If a dog requires additional behavioural support such as bullying, excessive humping, anxiety, or unsafe play, a training plan, suspension, or permanent removal from DDD may be required at our discretion.
Media and Marketing
By attending DDD, owners grant permission for photos and videos of their dog to be used for marketing and promotional purposes unless requested otherwise in writing.
Owners waive any right to compensation for media use.
Communication
Updates are generally provided via social media.
Trainers may not be able to respond to individual messages during DDD hours.
For urgent matters, clients must contact HQ directly.
DDD and Boarding Participation
Dogs enrolled in DDD that also board with Master Of Puppies automatically participate in DDD during their stay if eligible.
Owners agree that these DDD Terms & Conditions apply during any boarding participation.
Suspension or Termination
Master Of Puppies Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse service, suspend, or permanently remove any dog at its discretion without refund for safety, health, welfare, or policy breach reasons.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Master Of Puppies Pty Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions where required. Continued participation in DDD constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
