Booking Agreement – Dog Training
By booking any training service with Master Of Puppies, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. All prices are inclusive of GST and card processing fees. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received in full.
Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, changes of mind, scheduling conflicts, non-compliance with training instructions, or dissatisfaction with progress. Training outcomes are dependent on each dog and the consistency of the owner’s follow-through. No guarantees of specific results are made.
Cancellations
Cancellations made with more than 5 days’ notice may be issued a credit for future training at the discretion of Master Of Puppies
Cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled session will result in forfeiture of the session and payment
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session up to 5 days prior to your appointment without penalty, subject to availability
Reschedule requests within 5 days may result in forfeiture of the session unless otherwise approved by Master Of Puppies
No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will result in the session being forfeited in full
No refunds or credits will be issued
Training Commitment
Training success relies heavily on owner participation, consistency, and implementation of provided instructions at home
Master Of Puppies provides professional guidance and support but cannot guarantee specific behavioural outcomes
Dog Suitability
Master Of Puppies reserves the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue training if a dog’s behaviour, temperament, or health presents a safety risk to themselves, other dogs, clients, or staff
No refunds will be issued in these circumstances
Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that working with dogs involves inherent risks, including but not limited to bites, scratches, property damage, or injury
By participating in training, you voluntarily assume all associated risks
Photos and Media
Master Of Puppies may take photographs or videos during sessions for training, educational, or promotional purposes
If you do not consent to this, you must notify Master Of Puppies in writing prior to your session
Animal Behaviour and Liability
Dogs are unpredictable animals
Master Of Puppies is not responsible for injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from interactions between dogs, people, or property during training
Participation is entirely at your own risk
Owner Responsibility
You remain fully responsible for your dog at all times before, during, and after training sessions
Master Of Puppies is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses caused by your dog to any person, animal, or property
Equipment and Environment
You are responsible for ensuring your dog is fitted with appropriate training equipment as directed by your trainer
You acknowledge that outdoor and environmental training carries additional risks which you voluntarily accept
Veterinary Disclosures
You must disclose any medical conditions, behavioural concerns, medications, or injury history prior to training
Master Of Puppies may refuse or discontinue training if a condition arises that poses a safety or welfare risk
Emergency Situations
In the event of illness or injury during training where you are unreachable, you authorise Master Of Puppies to seek emergency veterinary treatment at your expense

By completing a booking with Master Of Puppies, you confirm your acceptance of all terms outlined above
