Master Of Puppies – Doggy Daycare Deployments (DDD) Terms & Conditions

1. Service Overview Doggy Daycare Deployments (DDD) is a premium, trainer-run farm daycare service offering structured, safe, and enriching day programs for approved dogs. All dogs must pass an assessment before attending.

2. Operating Days & Hours

  • DDD operates Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (excluding any planned closures)
  • We may choose to operate on public holidays at our discretion
  • We close for a minimum three-week break over Christmas and New Year. Closure dates are communicated in advance
  • Drop-off via Doggy Bus occurs between 6:50am and 8:25am
  • Pick-up via Doggy Bus occurs between 4:50pm and 6:20pm
  • HQ drop-off is between 7:30am and 10:00am
  • HQ pick-up is between 2:00pm and 5:30pm

3. Assessment & Eligibility

  • All new dogs must undergo a compulsory first-day assessment at HQ
  • Dogs must demonstrate appropriate social behaviour, be manageable in a group, and respond to handlers
  • Dogs displaying aggression, anxiety, excessive barking, humping, or reactivity may be denied ongoing access
  • If your dog fails an assessment, credit may be applied to a training service

4. Booking & Packages

  • Bookings must be made in advance. No walk-ins
  • Weekly visitors from the Gold Coast using the Doggy Bus are eligible for the Visits Package: Buy 8, Get 2 Free ($880)
  • Weekly local visitors (drop-off/pick-up at HQ) are eligible for the Local Visits Package: Buy 8, Get 2 Free ($704)
  • Casual local daycare visits are $88 per visit
  • Casual daycare visits with the Doggy Bus service are $110 per visit
  • The first-day assessment is $165 and includes full-day attendance, training notes, and eligibility review
  • Weekly visitors receive priority scheduling

5. Drop-Off & Pick-Up Policy

  • Clients must be present at the agreed Doggy Bus location on time. We cannot wait
  • If you miss your drop-off or pick-up, you may need to collect your dog from HQ
  • Dogs must have gone to the toilet before boarding the Doggy Bus
  • Dogs not collected by 5:30pm (HQ) or 6:20pm (last bus stop) may incur late fees or overnight boarding

6. Health & Safety Requirements

  • All dogs must be up-to-date with C3 + C5 vaccinations administered within the last 3 years (or have a valid Titer test within the past 12 months)
  • Dogs must wear a fitted collar with a name tag and owner contact details
  • Dogs in season or with contagious conditions will be refused entry
  • Owners must disclose any injuries, medical conditions, or behavioural concerns before attending

7. Behaviour & Management

  • Dogs must arrive manageable and under control. If not, they may be refused for the day
  • Any dog that becomes unsuitable for group care may be removed from the DDD program
  • Dogs may be placed on a long line or temporarily crated for safety or structure as needed

8. Transport Safety

  • All dogs are crated for transport unless they do not fit in a crate or prefer to remain in the aisle. In these cases, they are secured to a tie-down point at our discretion
  • Dogs are transported in secured individual crates on the Doggy Bus
  • Dogs must be crate trained and able to travel calmly. Excessive barking or panic may result in removal from transport
  • If your dog becomes distressed or poses a risk in transit, alternative transport arrangements will be required

9. Emergencies & Vet Care

  • In case of illness or injury, we will contact you immediately
  • If urgent care is required and you are unreachable, we reserve the right to seek vet treatment at your cost
  • Our primary vet is Hoof & Paws, Beaudesert (07 5541 2129). Alternate care may be used in emergencies

10. Payments & Cancellations

  • All bookings must be prepaid
  • Package payments are non-refundable but can be transferred to another eligible service
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit the session

11. Media & Marketing

  • By attending DDD, you give permission for photos and videos of your dog to be used for social media and promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing

12. Acceptance of Terms By booking a DDD session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. It is your responsibility to remain informed of any updates, which will be communicated via email or published on our website.

13. Risk & Liability While we take every precaution to ensure a safe environment, you acknowledge that participation in group daycare and transport involves inherent risks. This includes the possibility of injury, illness, or behavioural incidents.
All care is taken, but Master Of Puppies Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur during transport, play, or interactions with other dogs.
By attending DDD, you agree that participation is at your own risk and that any medical or behavioural follow-up arising from your dog’s attendance is at your own expense.

14. Weather Contingencies

  • DDD operates in most weather conditions. In the event of severe weather or unsafe farm conditions, sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled. Clients will be notified as early as possible.

15. Behavioural Intervention Disclaimer

  • If at any time your dog requires additional behavioural support (e.g. excessive humping, bullying, anxiety), a training plan or temporary pause from DDD may be recommended and required at our discretion.

16. Communication

  • Updates are generally provided through social media. Trainers may not be able to respond to individual messages during DDD hours. For urgent matters, please contact HQ directly.

Master Of Puppies Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion and update terms without notice where required.
