Master Of Puppies – Farm Stay Boarding Terms & Conditions
1. Service Overview
Our Farm Stay Boarding service offers premium, trainer-supervised boarding on our secure, fully fenced 5-acre property in Gleneagle. Dogs are provided with a structured daily routine including play, rest, enrichment, and exercise tailored to their needs.
2. Assessment & Eligibility
All dogs must first pass a Doggy Daycare Deployments (DDD) assessment before being granted full access to farm activities. Dogs who have not passed this assessment may have limited access to activities, including restricted socialisation with other boarding dogs or exclusion from DDD participation. This decision is made at our discretion.
Dogs displaying aggression, anxiety, excessive barking, or behaviours that pose a safety risk may be refused boarding.
3. Vaccination & Health Requirements
All dogs must be up to date with C3 + C5 vaccinations administered within the last 3 years or have a valid Titer test (tested within the last 12 months).
Dogs must not be experiencing any contagious illnesses or conditions and must not be in season during their stay.
Owners must disclose all behavioural concerns, medical conditions, or medications prior to boarding. Medications must be clearly labelled with dosage instructions.
4. Drop-Off & Pick-Up Hours (HQ Only)
• Drop-Off: Between 7:30am and 5:30pm (Mon–Sat), until 4:00pm Sundays
• Pick-Up: Between 7:30am and 5:30pm (Mon–Sat), until 4:00pm Sundays
All drop-offs and pick-ups must be pre-booked.
5. Doggy Bus Transport Option
If your dog is travelling to/from HQ using the Doggy Bus, you agree to the Doggy Daycare Deployments (DDD) Terms & Conditions and Transport Clauses.
In the event the Doggy Bus is involved in an incident (e.g. road accident) and your dog is injured or dies, you acknowledge that this risk exists and agree not to hold Master Of Puppies Pty Ltd liable.

• 07:20 – QLD Korean War Memorial, Surfers Paradise
• 07:50 – Rotary Broadwater Chapel, Southport
• 08:15 – Fantastic Furniture, Helensvale Super Store
Doggy Bus Drop-Off Locations & Times (Bus Only):
• 16:50 – Fantastic Furniture, Helensvale Super Store
• 17:30 – Rotary Broadwater Chapel, Southport
• 18:10 – QLD Korean War Memorial, Surfers Paradise
• 18:20 – Rotary Park Burleigh (off Third Ave)
6. Fees & Payments
All bookings must be paid in full on or before the start date. A 50% deposit may be requested to confirm your spot.
Late pick-ups may incur additional fees or be transferred to an additional night of boarding.
7. What To Bring
You must provide:
• All food for your dog’s stay (labelled with feeding instructions)
• Medications (if applicable) with clear written instructions
• Optional comfort items (bed, blanket, toy – must be washable)
8. Safety & Supervision
Our boarding kennels were originally horse stables, converted into safe and secure private spaces for dogs.
Our trainers supervise dogs closely, however, boarding includes time spent resting in private kennels and outdoor areas.
Dogs may be separated from others or kept on lead where needed for safety or behavioural reasons.
All reasonable care is taken, but owners accept that risks exist in a farm and social environment. Master Of Puppies Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur during boarding, play, or interactions with other dogs.
9. Emergencies & Vet Care
In the event of illness or injury, we will attempt to contact you immediately. If urgent care is required and we cannot reach you, we reserve the right to seek veterinary treatment at your cost.
Our primary vet is Hoof & Paws, Beaudesert (07 5541 2129), but alternate vets may be used if needed.
10. Participation in DDD During Boarding
If your dog boards with us and has passed a DDD assessment, you agree to your dog participating in our Doggy Daycare Deployments program during their stay, and you agree to the DDD Terms & Conditions.
11. Media & Updates
We aim to provide a midday update on weekdays. Please understand that care and training is prioritised, so daily updates may not always be possible.
By boarding your dog, you agree that photos or videos may be used for social media and promotional purposes unless requested otherwise in writing.
12. Risk & Liability
While every precaution is taken to ensure the safety and well-being of your dog, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks in any group boarding environment.
Master Of Puppies Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for injury, illness, or death that may occur during boarding, play, transport, or interactions with other dogs.
In the event the Doggy Bus is involved in an incident (e.g. road accident) and your dog is injured or dies, you acknowledge that this risk exists and agree not to hold Master Of Puppies Pty Ltd liable.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By boarding with Master Of Puppies, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions. These may be updated at any time and will be published on our website. It is your responsibility to remain informed of any changes.
Master Of Puppies Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.
