MASTER OF PUPPIES
BOARD & TRAIN TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Service Overview
The Board & Train service offers intensive, one-on-one dog training combined with trainer-supervised boarding at our secure 5-acre farm in Gleneagle.
Dogs receive daily structured training sessions, environmental exposure, controlled socialisation where appropriate, enrichment, exercise, and rest under the care of our experienced training team.
Applications can be submitted online. If you require assistance prior to booking, please contact our team.
2. Training Outcomes and Owner Responsibility
Our aim is to achieve meaningful behavioural progress during your dog’s stay. Long-term success, however, depends on owner follow-through once your dog returns home.
• Training results rely on continued practice and consistency after the stay
• A private handover session and follow-up session are provided to support the transition
• Owners are responsible for maintaining training using the tools, structure, and guidance provided
• Without consistent reinforcement, dogs may regress. Master Of Puppies accepts no liability for behavioural regression due to lack of follow-through at home
3. Assessment and Eligibility
Dogs do not need to pass a Doggy Daycare Deployments (DDD) assessment to enrol in Board & Train.
However, dogs displaying serious aggression, uncontrollable anxiety, excessive barking, or behaviours that pose a safety risk to themselves, staff, or other dogs may be refused entry or managed with restrictions such as exclusion from group socialisation.
Suitability and management decisions are made at the sole discretion of Master Of Puppies.
4. Vaccination and Health Requirements
All dogs enrolled in Board & Train must have a C5 vaccination administered within the last 12 months.
In special circumstances only, Master Of Puppies may consider accepting a Titer Test (C3) completed within the last 12 months. Acceptance of a titer test is not automatic and must be discussed with and approved by Master Of Puppies prior to the stay.
Dogs must not be ill, contagious, or in season during their stay.
Owners must disclose all behavioural concerns, medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to boarding.
All medication must be clearly labelled, and instructions must be emailed prior to arrival.
Master Of Puppies reserves the right to refuse or discontinue the stay if health requirements are not met or documentation is not provided.
5. Drop-Off and Pick-Up Times (HQ Only)
Board & Train handovers are scheduled at 9:00am or 12:00pm only.
Requests for alternative handover times must be arranged in advance and are subject to availability.
Standard boarding drop-off and pick-up hours are:
• 7:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Saturday
• Until 4:00pm on Sundays
All handovers must be pre-booked.
6. Doggy Bus Transport Option
If your dog uses the Doggy Bus for transport, you agree to the Doggy Daycare Deployments (DDD) Terms & Conditions, including all transport-related clauses.
Doggy Bus locations and times are fixed and outlined in the DDD Terms & Conditions.
Use of the Doggy Bus is at the owner’s risk.
Master Of Puppies Pty Ltd is not liable for injury or death during transport unless caused by proven gross negligence.
7. Fees and Payments
The Board & Train rate is $1,750 + GST per dog, per week.
A 50% holding deposit may be required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance is due on or before the start date.
Late pick-ups may incur additional fees or result in an additional night of boarding charged at the owner’s expense.
8. What to Bring
Owners must provide:
• Food for the duration of the stay, clearly labelled
• Any required medications with clear instructions
• Optional comfort items such as bedding or toys (must be washable)
9. Supervision and Facility Safety
Dogs are housed in converted stables with secure private kennels and access to fenced yards and farm areas under supervision.
• Dogs may be separated, managed individually, or placed on lead where required for safety
• Social and environmental exposure is structured and supervised
• Despite all reasonable precautions, owners acknowledge that incidents or injury may occur in a farm and training environment
10. Emergencies and Veterinary Care
In the event of illness or injury, owners will be contacted as soon as possible.
If urgent veterinary treatment is required and owners cannot be reached, Master Of Puppies reserves the right to seek treatment at the owner’s expense.
Preferred veterinary provider:

Alternative veterinary clinics may be used where necessary.
11. Participation in DDD During Stay
If a dog has passed a DDD assessment, they may participate in Doggy Daycare Deployments as part of their Board & Train stay.
Owners acknowledge and agree that the DDD Terms & Conditions apply to any such participation.
Dogs that have not passed a DDD assessment will not participate in DDD.
12. Media and Updates
Updates are provided when the trainer is able to do so while balancing training, care, and supervision of multiple dogs. Daily updates are not guaranteed.
By enrolling in Board & Train, owners consent to photos or videos of their dog being used for marketing or promotional purposes unless requested otherwise in writing.
13. Risk and Liability
Owners acknowledge the inherent risks associated with boarding, training, social exposure, and transport.
Master Of Puppies Pty Ltd is not liable for injury, illness, or death unless directly caused by proven negligence.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the Board & Train service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
